In the last 12 hours we have been seeing a increasing number of failed /sign calls resulting in 500 errors. This error was related to a configuration change that was made in the storage layer that caused connection errors between CloudCashBox DE and the underlying storage engine.
This incident is resolved now and traffic is back to normal.
In addition to the above, the Status page didn't include a dedicated section for CloudCashBox DE. This section has been added and will show the status from now on.
We will follow up with a action plan to improve the reliability of these services as well as improving the health check that is shown in the status page.
