In the last 12 hours we have been seeing a increasing number of failed /sign calls resulting in 500 errors. This error was related to a configuration change that was made in the storage layer that caused connection errors between CloudCashBox DE and the underlying storage engine.
This incident is resolved now and traffic is back to normal.
